Tomkins place to lose. Has he played bad this season.
Being the England fullback is an off field duty aswell as on field too.
He is having a stormer this season though.

They are both too talented to be left out of the team, both can and should be accommodated.

didn't like the way he stopped playing until he was awarded a penalty, not good,he should have been pealised for not playing the ball IMO,very poor reffing from Child i thought.what was said on commentary? ( i mute the volume when it's Leeds at home!)

Hardaker is comfortably better than Tomkins now. He's developing and kicking on. He might not be as dangerous as an individual as Tomkins, but he is vastly superior defensively.

Hardaker HAS to start the series at 1 for England. For me Tomkins isn't a fullback, his returns are poor, weak under the high ball, can't tackle. Still a devastating attacking player, so if we had a scheming half back, I'd Tomkins at 6.
